How do I start the free trial?
Download Little Tagger from the Mac App Store. The trial begins automatically and gives you full access for seven days. No payment information is required until you decide to subscribe.
Why do my tags not appear in Finder?
Finder tags are stored as extended attributes on files. If a file lives on a network or non-Apple volume, tags may not sync or display. Also make sure Little Tagger has the folder access permissions it asks for during onboarding.
Does Little Tagger require Apple Intelligence?
No. Apple Intelligence tag suggestions are available on supported Macs, but every other feature, including presets, workflows, tag management and Finder integration, works on any Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 15 or later.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions.
How do I request a refund?
Apple manages all refunds for Mac App Store purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Little Tagger purchase to start a refund request.
